Supply Chain Administrator

Job Purpose

We are looking for an Administrator to support our supply chain, logistics and trade compliance operations for both Oval Medical Technologies Limited and Cambridge Pharma Limited.

You will ensure the smooth running of supply-side activities and be one of our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system superusers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain ERP supplier and product records in line with master data best practice.
  • Review MRP (Materials Requirements Planning) output to place Purchase Orders for the R& D business.
  • Place Sales Orders on the ERP system.
  • Manage the PO orderbook and liaise with suppliers to ensure on-time supply.
  • Own first-line relationship with a defined set of suppliers.
  • Prepare customs paperwork, ensuring correct classification and valuation.
  • Liaise with couriers and freight forwarders to ensure shipments are collected, received and despatched efficiently.
  • Manage the receipt of goods and services, physical warehouse space and stock location data.
  • Administer the stock system, ensuring stock adjustments and moves preserve data integrity.

Experience/Skills
Do you have the following skills?

  • Good IT skills including Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Highly accurate; attentive to detail.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems or using MRP would be an advantage.
