Office Administrator (Full-time) – 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

Job Purpose

We are looking for a strong Administrator to support the marketing, facilities and general administrative needs within the business.

As Office Administrator you will be the face of both Oval Medical Technologies Ltd and Cambridge Pharma Ltd. You will strive to improve administrative efficiently within the organisation, whilst being flexible in your approach and willing to adapt to meet the ever-changing needs of the business.

Minimum of 4 days on-site working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full administrative support to the Marketing and Facilities departments, plus the wider team as required.
  • Organise travel, off-site meetings, conferences and events.
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, social media postings and updating company websites.
  • Manage office stock and consumables.
  • Support diary management and expense claims.
  • Answer all incoming calls, front door, emails and post.
  • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing post.
  • Routinely inspect health and safety equipment.
  • Prepare and distribute the internal company newsletter.
  • Support the administration of leavers and new starters.
  • Manage and maintain the key and fob register.
  • Organise company gifts and events.

Experience/Skills
Do you have the following skills?

  • Good IT skills and proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organisation with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
  • Highly accurate with attention to detail.
  • Good numeracy and literacy.
  • Strong proofreading and grammar skills.
  • Previous marketing experience or qualification would be an advantage.
