Peter Keen

Chairman

Peter Keen is a chartered accountant with over 26 years' experience in technology businesses, primarily within the life sciences. He was part of the founding management team of Chiroscience Group plc and then a co-founder of the VC firm Merlin Biosciences where he was UK Managing Director.

At Merlin he was responsible for a number of investments including Ark Therapeutics plc, Cyclacel Ltd, ReNeuron plc, Vectura plc and Arakis Ltd who he subsequently joined and led a successful trade sale of over £100m.

He is currently the Senior Independent Director at Abcam plc, a Non Executive Director of Ark Therapeutics Group plc and the Biotechnology Growth Trust plc and the Chairman of Exosect Ltd.
